The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access. The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night. Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance. A damage deposit of 200 € is required before arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights.
