Located in front of the beach in Mojácar. The outdoor pools are surrounded by gardens and enjoy panoramic sea views. The air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Best Mojacar are decorated in a Mediterranean style and come with a balcony.

Good for kids for a week.
If you plan to just relax at the hotel with kids I would really recommend. A weeks stay is enough. There's softplay, playground, splash pool and mini disco for the children. We had all inclusive and the variety of food was ok. Not great but there was enough choices. Most are repetitive with a new main each day. The beach is literally across the road. We had sea view balcony which made it more pleasant catching the sunrise. The pool bar was closed half the stay but when opened the taps tasted more of gas than it should. No snacks after 11pm. Queues at bar. Location of the splash pool is uphill fyi. And there's no bar up there so have to go up and down which isn't ideal. Plenty of sun beds and people respected to not reserve them with their towels. The timings for meals is quite late with children dinner is from 8pm. Quite a few more tweaks and this would really be a great hotel! But our overall stay was pleasant. The beach doesn't have much to do and you'll need to hire sunbeds or just lounge on sand which was clean and water is clear. Bring an umbrella or buy one for shade.

Great
A 10 for the experience, they treated us super well, all the staff were super attentive, but without a doubt I have to highlight the guy at reception and the pool entertainer. Everything super clean, recently renovated, the food very good and the room very spacious, clean and with a large bathroom. We will return soon!

Without a doubt, we will return. It is like being at home.
Everything perfect. All the staff were polite and very professional.
The cleanliness was a 10. The beds were super comfortable. The food was excellent and the receptionists were perfect.
We must highlight the work of the entertainers and the manager. 50 out of 10 for them.

Enjoyed it but opened ahead of schedule.
In general, the hotel has extraordinary potential, an enviable location, and has a renovation underway that is making the hotel look like new.
This is also the big problem we encountered; it is clear that the renovation was not finished as planned and they had to open ahead of schedule.
This implies quite a bit of dirt, some noise, common areas half-finished, seals not removed, finishing touches not done, etc.
Newly opened also means that a large percentage of the staff is new, with some lack of control, lack of knowledge... in short, what a startup is like.
The positive side is that since it just opened, there were no crowds, tranquility at the pool, dining room, terrace, gym... everywhere, basically because there were few of us.
But I will go with negative things that I imagine they will polish. First of all, when you book a vacation destination, you do it for many factors, among them the services it offers.
In this case, the mini club has worked some days and at some hours (after complaining), the activities of the daily program have sometimes not been carried out, other times they have been replaced by some other. The mini disco for example has been held 2 days out of 7 that we have been here, the playground could not be used because it was not finished. I understand all this is due to a lack of staff. There is also a food truck next to the pool, always closed. The elevators did not work until the 4th day, the TV barely tuned in a few channels.. etc.
As I said, things that will be working but they are services that have not been provided to us despite contracting them like any client who comes at any time.
The hotel is lucky that it has the Best Oasis of the same chain next door, and it lets you use its facilities, but if I wanted to go there, I would have booked that hotel. It does not seem like an excuse to me for not having the hotel finished. If you open, I think you should offer the services that you advertise and charge for.
I didn't leave with a negative feeling because I enjoyed it, but it could have been better.

The entertainment is spectacular
The hotel is impeccable, recently renovated and super clean, but the best part is the people who work there.
From the girls in the dining room to the entertainment team, they are spectacular... we had a super good time... we will definitely repeat.
