No AC, dogs outside barking all night. The room was clean. Breakfast very basic. For one night it was ok.

Not to come back
Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was very cold and the thermostat was blocked, so we could not regulate the temperature ourselves. That night, moreover, outside we were at 0 °C, so the cold was considerable. Despite asking the front desk to turn up the heat, they did not. There were also no blankets available and the windows were not well insulated, letting all the cold outside pass. We had to sleep in street clothes so we could rest minimally.
In addition, we had booked through Booking a room with king-size bed and, upon arrival, we were assigned a room with two single beds. When we talked about it at reception, they told us they couldn't do anything. They even indicated that we had paid more than that room actually cost, because the reservation had gone through several platforms.
The TV malfunctioned, the amount of soap in the shower was clearly insufficient for two nights and only left a roll of toilet paper, so we had to order more during the stay.
To point out something positive, the mattress and pillow were comfortable and the hot shower water worked properly. Even so, the only compensation we received for all the problems was a bottle of wine of very low value, clearly insufficient.
In summary, the service and incident management were not as expected. We're not going back to this hotel.

Bad Dinner Service
An hour and a half to get the first one at dinner....fatal....the next day I woke up at 6, I started dinner at 22:30

Convenient with secure parking
Convenient hotel,well placed for stop over from Santander ferry. Secure parking. Beware! Restaurant closed on Sunday although website said open. No alternative locally. Only saw two staff, both of whom were incredibly helpful! Especially a man called Alvaro whose customer service and administration skills were fantastic!!
