Down Town provides accommodation within 400 metres of the centre of Valencia, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and a stovetop. It is located 400 metres from Church of Saint Nicolás and features a lift.

The apartment is in a great location, and a safe place also, to a walkable distance of the city center. The walls need painting but it was very clean. Also I suggest better instructions to reach the area by car (no taxi)

Dire experience.
I had the reservation made through a well-known "BO....." booking platform for a year and about ten days before without warning my reservation was cancelled. With no other accommodation options we could not participate in the marathon and lost registration. Too bad it took us to get the back.
When claiming to the establishment we were not answered. The booking platform didn't give us any solutions either.

PIRATES
On the occasion of the marathon, book this property in December last year at a fairly acceptable price, taking into account how the prices inflate on mararon weekend throughout the city.
From Down Town, despite having free cancellation on my booking, they used the trick of saying that my credit card had been rejected and that I had 24h to change it or put the card back in (my card has been on booking for years without ever being rejected), well, I re-enter the card details, and within hours they reject it again. I decide to call the accommodation, I get a telf from a guy, I explain what is happening to me and in a nervous voice, he tells me that it is Booking who is kicking me out, I mean, perfect, let's call booking.
There I talk to a girl, who tells me that she has called the accommodation and that they have told her that the girl who does this is not there (only this one to reject the card to solve no), but that in this case, it is not booking who accepts the cards, it is the accommodation itself and recommends that I change to another card, I do it again with another digester card, and they reject it again.
In short, with the demand for accommodations they have that weekend and seeing that my price was good, I was kicked out to put it back to a higher price.
Pirates are not reliable and can ruin your plans because of their incopentence when looking at calendars and prices.

Laundry worked well. Ceiling leaked when it rained. Noisy. No view. Key system did not work properly.

Great location to everything we wanted to see and do, but the apartment itself is in need of some maintenance and decorating. Everything is falling apart.
